Shipping & Processing Policy

All our prints are fulfilled by Gelato, a global printing and framing partner. Here’s how your order gets from your run to your wall:

1. Design & Processing (Fulfilment)

  • Gelato begins printing 1 business day after you place your order — sometimes even sooner

  • In rare cases (complex framing, Festive Periods or high demand), please allow up to 2 business days before shipping.

2. Shipping via Gelato’s Global Network

Orders are routed to Gelato’s nearest print production facility, optimising for speed and sustainability

Standard Shipping Estimates (after fulfilment):

  • UK & Europe: 3–5 business days

  • United States: 3–5 business days

  • Other International: 5–10 business days

Expedited Shipping Options (if available):

  • Europe & US: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight (where available): 1–2 business days.

3. Order Tracking & Delivery

  • We’ll email a tracking link once Gelato ships your print.

  • Delivery timelines start after production completes.

  • For the most accurate delivery estimate, please refer to the real-time tracking provided.

4. Important Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs, holidays, or local postal conditions.

  • Gelato handles all printing, framing, and shipping; delays due to carriers or customs are beyond our control.

  • If your order is delayed by more than 3 business days beyond the tracking ETA, please let us know — we’ll assist wherever we can.
