Welcome to Sprint Finish Studio. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. Custom Orders & Personalised Content
All of our products are made to order and often include personalised content (e.g. name, finish time, Strava link or uploaded image).
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all personalised details provided at checkout are accurate.
This includes:

Correct spellings of names

Accurate race data (time, date, pace, etc.)

Correct and functional Strava links or uploaded files
-
High-quality images (if choosing a custom background)
We do not accept liability or offer refunds/replacements for any errors or inaccuracies provided by the customer at the time of ordering.
If you notice a mistake after ordering, please contact us within 12 hours and we will do our best to make changes before production begins. Once production has started, changes are not guaranteed.
2. File Uploads & Image Quality
If you upload an image or Strava screenshot for your poster:

We will use the file as uploaded, with no responsibility for low resolution, cropping issues, or image clarity.

We do our best to optimise your image within the design, but we are not liable for blurry or pixelated results due to low-quality uploads.
We recommend uploading high-resolution images or screenshots for the best outcome.
3. Cancellations & Changes
Because each item is custom-made, we can only accept cancellations or edits within 12 hours of placing your order. After this, your order may have already entered production and cannot be changed or refunded.
4. Printing, Quality & Framing Issues
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a print or frame that is:

Damaged
-
Defective
-
Printed incorrectly due to an error on our end

Poorly framed or not as described
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@sprintfinishstudio.com, including photos of the issue. If the error is ours, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Our prints are produced and shipped by a trusted global partner (Gelato). Estimated shipping times are listed on our [Shipping Policy] page.
Please note:

We are not liable for delays due to courier issues, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless:

The item is defective or damaged

An error was made by Sprint Finish Studio in the customisation

The item does not match the product description
We do not offer refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse
-
Customer error in supplied information
-
Print issues related to low-quality uploads
7. Privacy & Data Use
Any data or files provided during your order (e.g. name, Strava activity, image uploads) are used strictly to fulfil your custom product. Please see our [Privacy Policy] for full details.
