Return & Refund Policy

At Sprint Finish Studio, every piece we create is made-to-order and uniquely customised using the details you provide. Because of this, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on personalised products unless the item is faulty or a mistake has been made on our end.

Non-Returnable Items

All of our prints are personalised with your run data, race details, and optional Strava route. As each order is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Incorrect information (e.g. name, time, date, or route) provided by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Typos or errors submitted through our order form

Our Responsibility

We take great care in designing and fulfilling every print. If your order arrives:

  • Damaged in transit

  • With a printing or framing defect

  • Containing an error that we introduced during the design process

We will gladly offer a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Check Your Details

Before placing your order, please double-check all input fields, including spelling, numbers, and links. You’ll be asked to confirm these at checkout, as we cannot make manual edits once your design has entered production.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
